I wish to express my gratitude to you for the truly remarkable results I have experienced with the Titan, Genesis and IPL treatments. I am so much happier with the way I look and have had many friends and co-workers tell me how great I look. The lunch-time procedures with no down time are wonderful!
When I first called to inquire about the Titan procedure that I had seen on the Oprah show, Amber answered the phone. She was so professional and answered all my questions. I didn't feel rushed and I felt like she genuinely cared about me and the many questions I had.
When I met Dr. Shah for my consultation, I immediately felt at ease and trusted him. Trust is very important when you have anything done on your face. I was very reassured knowing that a medical physician would be performing my treatments. Laser hair removal is the greatest thing ever invented! Dr. Shah and his Registered Nurses use the latest technology to painlessly get rid of hair I never wanted. The office is beautiful and the staff is very professional. They always made me feel comfortable and relaxed. It's so nice not to be bothered with razors or waxes anymore.
